Installation of anchoring system

This installation generally consists of two parts: a back bolt sleeve and a bolt. Insert the back bolt into the drilled hole, secure the head of the back bolt sleeve with a wrench, insert the bolt into the anchor bolt sleeve, and tighten it to the bottom of the back bolt sleeve. The back bolt sleeve will expand to its set size to secure it in the drilled hole.

After installation, the back bolt sleeve will be fixed in its position without being subjected to stone pressure. If installed correctly, the back bolt sleeve should be able to rotate with a certain amount of force. To achieve the ideal installation effect, it is necessary to use matching parts: adjustable pendants, adjustable bolts. The back bolt sleeve and bolts are necessary for safe installation.

Hanger installation method

The length of the back bolt sleeve and screw must be consistent with the required hole depth and the selected hanging parts. Only with a unified matching can the installation be fast, simple, and safe.

Put on the back bolt sleeve, insert the screw into the back bolt sleeve and tighten it to the bottom.

Place the pendant and secure it by clamping the fastening device of the screw onto the pendant.

Screw on and tighten the flange nuts.

Aluminum alloy pendant

The pendant is made of aluminum alloy material and has undergone oxidation treatment on the surface. At present, there are several types of hanging parts, including H-type, ear type, and C-type, which allow the connecting parts to be directly clamped on the back bolt, and the installation and anchoring of the connecting parts are completed in one go. At the same time, the distance between the connector and the main keel can be adjusted, which can improve construction speed and achieve modular installation, making it easier to replace and maintain.

H-type

It is composed of an aluminum alloy body, two nylon strips (adhesive strips), and two adjustment screws, usually used for dry hanging of thin stone and ceramic plates.

Ear type

It is composed of an aluminum alloy body, three nylon strips (adhesive strips), and adjustment screws, suitable for dry hanging of various thicknesses of stone and ceramic plates.

C-type

Composed of two aluminum alloy bodies and adjusting screws, suitable for dry hanging of various thicknesses of stone and ceramic plates.

Before switching on/off, the inlet valve must be opened, and drilling is not allowed without cooling water. Install a leakage protector on the power socket. The socket should be 1.5-2m above the ground, and the voltage should be controlled at 220V. If it is too high or too low, it will cause damage to the motor power and the motor itself.

Before starting the machine or when replacing the drill bit, it is necessary to check whether the positioning pin and O-ring are correctly installed in place. The cooling water should be from a clean source, with a water pressure of 3-6KG/cm2. If there is no water supply at the drill bit within ten seconds of startup, it should be immediately shut down for inspection.
